We all hear about this lady a great writer,a social Worker, chair person in  Infoysis,a professor,a Enginner and much more.
How a simple lady can do all these things? Everyone was thinking about it .So let's start .

Sudha Murty was born in 19 August 1950 in Shiggon in karnataka .Her father was a Surgeon and her name is Dr.R .H Kulkarni .He completed his basis study from school and then decided to become a Engineer.At that time girls are not allowed to study in these collage and no one tries to study in a Engineering collage .Girls of her age were studied in art collage for BA or any bachelor degree or a doctor degree .But Sudha Murti  said she is interested in this field so her parents allowed him .She went to B.V.B college for his bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.She was the only girl . All her classmate was boys they all time passes comment on her disturbing her in study .But she never disappointed .She was a brilliant student  and always comes in first position in her class  She top in her Bachelor degree and   receive a gold medal from the honourable  Chief Minister of Karnataka of that time.
                    After completing her bachelor degree she went to Indian Institute of Science (IISc) For his Master Degree in Computer Science. She was very brilliant in her study and again top in her collage .
                But a single incidence change his life forever .One day when she was going to the college .She saw an  advertisement in notice board that is "It is informed to all student Telco (Tata Engineering and Locomotive Companies)  want  to recruit engineer in Computer Science for his company all interested student can apply for it " .But a small heading also written in it "only for Boy's candidate". These words of the advertisement  hurts the Sudha Mitty .She was very shocked how a large company like Tata discriminate the person according to their gender.Next day she write a letter to the Chairperson of Telco Ratan Tata and written in it " Tata plays a very important role in the development of India. They stablish many large Industries and  always appreciate higher studies and did great efforts for our higher knowledge .They made different collages and institute for student in India. But I was very shocked after reading a advertisement by your company it is written on that only for boys candidate . I never expect this that the big company like Telco discriminate the student on the basis of gender. She posted that letter to the address of Ratan Tata  and after some time she forget about it .
           After few week a letter came on her name. It was a call letter for the interview from the telco company  in her Puna branch.She was very shocked after reading the letter . She get ready for the interview and reached the interview on time. When she reached there she saw there was a panel of 5 people for interview and everyone was talking about her .She was very afraid and think that they can not asked him any question releted to his study they called her only for insulting.
                   She went inside the room for interview  the panal or interviewers  asked the question related to her syllabus and she answered every question correctly . After that a old person from the panel said the Murty we never recruit a lady on shop floor that's why we can't appoint's the girls and their are many branches for girls they will work in laboratories and other places. Sudha Murty replied that they could start to recruit  . After the interview Sudha Murti was selected and   joined   the company as a Development Engineer in Pune
       .And from here her journey started and from their he became the chairman in Infosis and a social worker. She did many great effort for our society .For all her good work and her effort she was honored with Padma Shri.
